Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Fluente, the language-learning app made by Dillon Trembath. By using Fluente you agree to them, along with Apple’s standard terms for App Store apps.
Your Account
You’re responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time from the app’s Account screen. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Fluente Pro
- Fluente Pro is a subscription, billed yearly or monthly through your Apple Account.
- It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account’s subscription settings.
- A free trial, when offered, becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- The free plan includes a daily limit on new cards from Fill In and Generate. We may change what each plan includes, with notice in the app.
Generated Cards
Translations, readings and generated sentences are written by software and can contain mistakes. Use your own judgment, and don’t rely on them for anything where an error matters.
Your Content
The decks and cards you make are yours. You give Fluente permission to store and process them to run the app for you. Don’t use Fluente for anything illegal, to harm others, or to interfere with the service.
No Warranty
Fluente is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. Using Fluente after that means you accept them.
